and help us to identify any issues related to PHP 7.4

Can you wait before releasing Xoops 2.5.11? In a few days I will be able to test it with php 7.4. I will also test the mail sending.

That is awesome news that you will have a 7.4 system for testing.

At this point, the next release event will be 2.5.11-Beta. That will be the feature complete version version -- almost there. Following that we will have at least one RC, release candidate, version before the final release. There will be plenty of time for your testing, and to fix what you find!
