Theme "Thin Line".
This is the first release of the Thin Line theme. It's a fast loading theme which layout is build with tables (css version will be coming soon). The whole meaning of this theme is giving the site back it's content. So be carefull in how you structure your site. It's finding balance that proofs to be difficult.

Theme includes:
-Template sets for almost all standard Xoops modules (recommended, because we have adjusted alot of templates to fit the theme),
-New forum folders pics,
-Download and weblinks logo,
