VENUE
We've rented a very nice room at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, which is not the same venue as the FOSDEM, but close by. Here you can see the location of the Etterbeek campus, less then a kilometer from the Solbosch campus of the ULB, where the FOSDEM will be held (the XOOPSDEM will be held at the VUB next to the Plaine campus, see map).

We have rented VUB's Promotion Room, and will arrange for coffee/tea during the day. Lunch, dinner, travel and stay are not paid for by XOOPS. The Promotion Room has good facilities (video, projector, internet access, etc.) and has room for about 90 people.

SOCIAL PROGRAMME
The evening is free for all, but I think it would be great to hook up and go eat somewhere with the whole gang. This may be a little difficult going into a restaurant and ordering for 20 people just like that, so ideas on this are welcome of course (perhaps we can get a group discount, or even some sponsors for the XOOPS Eat Your Heart Out Dinner? hint hint).
And after that I suggest we go to a bar or two and have fun
