This is primarily a bug fix release, but there is one new feature.

New Features
Admin While Browsing - Create and edit pages while browsing the site. When you are logged in as an administrator, you now have 2 icons. One edits the current page and the other creates a new page at the same level. The menu also includes a link to create a new Main Menu level page.

Bug Fixes

- Both external links and HTML page wraps work in all menu levels
- Turned off HTML and Smilies options if using the wyswyg editor
- Fixed image paths in templates
- any other bug that has been reported
