Bug fix: bad_user_name setting in "User Info ...

The bug is:
In the "User Info Settings", there is a setting named "Enter names that should not be selected as username", but this function doesn't work.

How to fix it:
Edit the file /register.php, go to line 83, and change "bad_emails" to "bad_unames".

If you have encountered problem after upgrading to 1.3.9 or making a fresh install of 1.3.9, please try the fix below:

in class/xoopsblock.php, line 24, if the code looks ike below:

change the above code to

include_once(XOOPS_ROOT_PATH.
