The new look of Mind Health was a long time coming as I spent a great deal of time searching for a suitable content management/web portal system. I wanted to provide my members with a system that would allow them to, among other things, post news, participate in forums, and upload artwork....
After a through search of portals and CMS's my site has finally settled on using Xoops and I can honestly say, it;s the best.
Fast, easy to update, and the add-ons that you can get are super.
