This is not a move to blue, just a final version of the famous "tag" module from phppp.
It includes a bug fix related with footer.php file inclusion.
This bug was preventing modules to make use of view.tag and list.tag pages.

I just released the new Classifieds Module.
For Xoops versions 2.3.3b and up. Some files may need to be changed, I have supplied them.
Fixed all errors that were reported here.
Now admin can receive an email if a user modifies a listing.
