IIS-Resources Re-Launch
IIS Resources is one of largest Xoops based communities on the Internet that is served from Microsoft's IIS web server software. We have been working on a new site for sometime now, so am very happy to finally have up and running. The new website consists of both customised templates and theme, with the theme having a unique feature of having all the functionality of the search, login and user menu blocks built into the title bar of the website which saves space in the side columns. We would really appreciated it if you would drop by and have a look, and would love to hear any comments/suggestions people might have.
New Theme Released - BlueyBlue
XOOPS @ IBDeeming! has released the theme BlueyBlue for public download. No creativity in the name - it just has a lot of BLUE!
This theme was developed for a photographers personal site. They wanted the blue tones, but something with a feel that was different from other CMS looking sites.
The layout is a little different in that the main area of the pages has been moved to the left. It's layout is as follows - the header (your logo area) is at the top of the main section. Flowing down the left is the main area, below that the center-left, ceneter-center, and center-right blocks.
Within that section and to the right is the left side blocks.
To the right of the entire section is the right side blocks. Most of the layout is done with Cascading Style Sheets, the main graphical elements are the background.

DigiBusters.com Launch Press Release
Panther Software is proud to announce the launch of DigiBusters.com. DigiBusters.com is a culmination of many months work to develop a Xoops based site that facilitates bringing together everyday users with PC problems and computer experts to fix these problems.
The was accomplished by developing several custom modules:
* Tickets module present a forum like interface to both clients and DigiBusters where tickets can be raised. Comments are then made by both parties and bids placed to solve tickets.
* Clients module that manages client sign ups. An extra table was introduced to hold client billing details. Extra logic was added to override the Xoops sign up code. This modules also tracks all a client's ticket and billing history.
* DigiBusters module manages DigiBuster applications and holds extra personal data. Digibuster applications are reviewed prior to account activation. Module also manages all DigiBusters' tickets.
* Modified xasset module to manage client payments. The payment gateway automatically notifies DigiBusters that the client has deposited a payment for the agreed work.

[UPDATED] XOOPS 2.2.3 Final Released
The road to XOOPS 2.2.3 has been long and hard and has not been a very comfortable ride.
The early releases were rushed, not tested enough and left the XOOPS community in distress as to what they could expect of a XOOPS release.
We have remedied this with the release of XOOPS 2.2.3 Final. This release has been carefully preceded by two RC snapshot processes where functional bugs were found and fixed.
