When i don't alow to post comments for anonymous users, they can post, but just admins can see these comments and it have status "waiting". But i didn't find how to accept these comments in admin panel for storing it for all website visitors. How to make it?

When anon users are allowed post comments, and you wish to see and activate or approve the comment, go to your site admin, and move your pointer over the "system admin" icon. You will see a "comments" link. This will take you to the comments manager. Anon users comments will be "pending". Click "edit" and you can make the comment active.

After you click on edit... there is a dropdown box (STATUS) just below the middle of the form that allows you to change it from pending to active or delete... just change the status and save it... it will activate the pending comment. :)
