This is an Bugfix version to 1.0.5.

I have released this version to hopefully iron out the rest of the bugs and to get some feedback.

thanks catz for the new release

it seems there are error in admin for select news item ( no effect )

so the block alway says no news item selected

you need to re-install and to modify the sql file

Modify the SQL how? I havn't installed yet, but would like to know of any hurdles before I do so

I'm using the (hacked spotlight) from awhile ago.

imagealign and idtype are added in RC2, right?

and module is not used, as I learn so far.

Yes I did add a couple of new fields to the database. but I forgot to update the MySQL file in the process. Just about to release another update to correct this.

Ok I have fixed those errors and a few more that I have found while doing so.

If you have already downloaded, could you please download again and give this module another try. Please uninstall and re-install the module.

The link is the same as in the first post.

2 things.

First, I have uninstalled, removed the module, redownloaded and reinstalled and am still getting the same problem about spotlight saying there are 'no news items selected'. Something else I need to do?

Second, when I go to click on the edit news at the bottom of the spotlight admin news block section, they are pointing to invalid locations. I moved everything from the webroot / to /xoops/ and yet the links for edit and delete article are showing up as /modules instead of /xoops/modules, etc. Are these links static in some regard?
