I agree with you, Phppp.

Hope we can find the solution.. soon..

I tried to fix it last night.. but I could not..
I think it not that serious problem.. looks like it came from some server side setting problem..

Some people, like me working on their project using Xoops
and don't have much time..

anyway, hope many member can give attention to this problem.

Thanks, Phppp

My webhosting provider said he added that information to the .htaccess file and restarted httpd.

I still cannot do anything with the forums, on neither one of our sites:

http://www.cllug.org
http://www.linux-militia.net

Please advise

What exactly was changed to add the "register_globals = on" ?

I cant believe this.. damn..

I have been working with Trikster on this, since I am his tech support :)

I am having the same exact problem on a personal site of mine.

register_globals is set to ON throughout our server.

I turned PHP debugging mode on. I am getting the exact same screen Trickster showed at the top of this thread - with this rather significant error noted:

"Notice [PHP]: Undefined variable: xoops_admin_menu_js in file include/cp_functions.php line 72"

THIS is why the Add Forum window is not displaying properly. How can we fix this? Thanks.

I am thinking that the current version of XOOPS is not compatible with PHP version 4.32. Is anyone else running XOOPS on a machine with PHP v4.32?
