I'm going to be using the Partners module that comes with Xoops. However, I can't for the life of me get the buttons to "center" in the block. Click here to see what my problem is. It's in the left-hand column.

Any ideas? I've tried adding the center code in a couple of different places in the block html, but can't seem to get it to work. Any help would be appreciated.

If I understand you correctly, the icons in the Affiliates block don't display in a center position. Well I watch your site with Internet Explorer6 and these images are in the center.
Probably other browsers display it wrong. Make sure your html code meets the w3c standard to avoid these problems (allthough some browsers don;t even display the w3c code correctly). I use http://www.w3schools.com/ to get more information about html meeting the w3c standard.
BTW, the tags aren't allowed any more. Try to use something like this:
