how can i show a file from FreeContent on the homepage?

ie..

i want thishttp://www.clubithard.com/main/modules/freecontent/index.php?id=3

to appear on the Top Page, instead of having the link there from the freecontent module!

my start page ishttp://www.clubithard.com/main/

I don't think you can with freecontent, but you can set up a default homepage with the new "Tinycontent" module.

Another way to to is to create a custom block in your top page, and paste the same HTML into it..

But you will need to set tinycontent as your start module, and the hompage you set in tinycontent will appear first..

thanks jack.. i think i'll have to download tinycontent then..

i tried it by creatin a custom block b4, but it don't look right with the border round it and stuff that the block gives u..

I know what you mean, the blocks are dependant on the theme, there is a free programe called "absolute compressor", which compresses the HTML and removes the spaces which the XOOPS editor often turns into linebreaks, and will give perfect HTML output in the XOOPS editor.

I normally save the code it produces in an HTML file, and then paste the compressed code into the XOOPS editor.
