Howdy,

I'd like to use XOOPS Banner Ads - only place them in a block (instead of the page header).

Is there a quick/dirty way to push the banners into a block, instead of putting them in the head?

TIA

Daniel

what about making a custom block and inserting the necessary XOOPS banner codes into that block.

I thought that would work, too. I tried it - it did not work. It only displayed the text "<{$xoops_banner}>".

Any other thoughts?

Be sure when you created the block to have it processed as PHP Script rather than HTML.

This is of interest to me too.

How do you have the block processed as PHP rather than HTML?

you choose it from a drop down box in the custom block creation section.
