MyDownloads - Error

I installed Mydownloads vs 1.45 and it was working great. I have been able to upload approx. 35 documents. Then all of a sudden I started getting this error:

ERROR: The download info you provided is already in the database!

i have tried several different documents, with diff names and files sizes, to different categories. I still get the same error everytime.

This started happening after I tried uploading a specific file. A message came up saying that it had successfully updated, but that no file was attached. After that every time I try uploading I get this error.

Since that file I have gone back and deleted the file which showed up as a link but had no document attached to it. I also deleted the category this document was in. I still get the error.

Any help is appreciated.

I am having the same issue. Did you find a solution?

Honestly I never use the XOOPS upload feature other than for graphics. I do SFTP transfers, and then create/edit the upload descriptions.

Filezilla is the program I prefer.

Hi im currently using mydownloads module 1.6

i have this error too

does anyone know what is the latest version and where i can find one

i would like to continue to use this module..its simple than other download module

i have too many files around 100+..and the download link is pasted everywhere in the web

so upgrade to TDM download or wfdownloads is not an option

currently i submit download link manually to mydownloads
