I've updated the XOOPS Partners module to the standard 2.5.0 GUI.

You can download it from here

BTW - this is the older version. Nicolas started to work on an updated version (see here), but I couldn't get it to work yesterday. You can download it from here

Please note that there are also other modules ready for testing and where we need help in improving them:

- MyLinks
- Marquee
- XoopsPoll
- fmContent
- extgallery
- Tag
- xNews

New development:
- xfaq

Voltan is working very hard on several of these modules and we would appreciate some help. Who could jump in and help?

I have an idea for X3 ...

create an open source cms and integrating a business account in addition to the free and users can post their ads directly from your business account.

uses modules: xpayments, xoopspartners or my partners ads, profile and enter the various plugins

type changes such as banners and xoops smarty variables for all modules and for each area and web pages like google adsense

Mamba,

I appreciate all the work on the GUI.

Are there plans to update the modules beyond the GUI? I pulled up the MyLinks module from the link above and one of the things I noticed immediately is the module still uses quite a few deprecated functions.

I recommend these 'fixes' be implemented as a requirement before any release into a 'formal' module pack.

Zyspec, I would love for us to fix any and all issues in these modules.

All Xoopsers -please help us with testing, finding, and correcting them.

I'm currently working on 'several' other modules for customers. I'll help if there's still a need when I can break away from my other committments.

I am just busy getting xPayment ready for bundling, any of the chronolabs modules are welcome to be bundled with the packages. I suggest XPayment at least goes in the commerical package it would be also nice to see spiders and xortify in there as well as they have a permanent home now with a paired cloud.

Assign me a module and I will update it!!

Just had a look at XoopsPoll and overall it looks good. Only thing is the admin index page gives me a blank with these warnings (on 2.4.5):

Warning: include_once(/modules/marquee/class/menu.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in file /modules/xoopspoll/admin/index.php line 45
Warning: include_once(): Failed opening '/modules/marquee/class/menu.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in file /modules/xoopspoll/admin/index.php line 45


Also, just as a suggestion, I would like to recommend to show the module options "bar" also when the module preferences are displayed. Why not show both the system options and the module options toolbars all the time when in a module (I would assume this is something for 2.5.1 though).

These GUI changes are only for 2.5.0. Can you test over there?

Of course the "/modules/marquee/class/menu.php" errors are bugs from my bad "copy & paste" from another module. I'll fix it right away.

2.5.1 will be only for bug fixes. No new features.
