Hi,
Thank you for that - but what I wanted to do, is do it the "other way"..
Import Xoops into a Wordpress Theme.
How would I do that ?
Many thanks.
Do you mean you want 'wordpress' the software to run in the front www of the site and xoops administration for the backend of the site, I am not quiet sure with your broken english.
They are both seperate titles of software which means they do not run together, however, if you are just talking about the theme from a word press site, then yes, it is possible to convert this over to a xoops theme, but is a complex job. Marianne who is a theme professional charges 150 USD for a theme, but i am not sure what rates she charges for conversions.
There is also wordpress for xoops, even thought I have never managed to get it running correctly perhaps cause this was when it was an earlier version, you can get this off the SVN. which means also that it is possible to convert a wordpress site over to xoops, by backing up the database, converting the table name in the SQL file to the xoops table names and reimporting it into xoops with the wordpress module for xoops installed.
