Property Reports Module?

I am looking for a module I could possibly modify.... I have a client who wants to be able to attach property reports to a user's account that only they can see.

The ability to attach a .pdf to the report would be a plus, but I can handle that aspect by setting him up .ftp and showing him how to iframe it in.

Any suggestions of a module that could easily be modified to do this?

Is it not possible to add a field(s) to the profile and then set the field only visible and accessable for the webmasters(?) group.

Ghia it is possible ;D
Take a look on profile 1.65 on myxoops.org site.
It's alpha, but like other XOOPS module are highly customizable.
As I remember you can use $isOwner==1 and set permission for webmasters or admininistrator group to that fields .... you get what you want!

And there you will find extra administration for visibility. There U can set default permission ... IT SHOULD WORK.

PS Alfred (greet you cordially) said beta or stable will be realised soon (posted in november) ;)

Yes, but would that work just for the USER and WEBMASTER to view it? I mean, this would have to be private so no-one but the 1 user and webmaster could see it....

The only thing I see that comes close is the PM module. I wonder if it could be cloned and re-vamped slightly to work....? I will try.
