Hi all,

I'm using XOOPS 2.3.3 and recently upgraded to newbb 4.0. Everything looks great except one thing;

On the admin site, I choose last answered topics, most viewed topics and most active forums to appear on the main page of my website but they do not. I tried everything but none of them work.

Any ideas what might be the problem?

Try to check your website permissions to see if all the groups you want to see this all have access to the module

I checked the permissions and everything seems in order. What else could it be?

Only one of the functions work which is "new messages" block so I cloned it to use it in 4 different category and right now it appears on the main page but as the people answers the same topic each person's message appears on a separate line.

None of the block of Xforum4 is working. On my test site I'm having the same problems. I hoped that this issue will be solved in version 4.11, but....

Hmm it seems like there are a lot of work still to be done with newbb 4.0 as this is still just a release candidate.

Try to fall back to the prior version 3.08

And if this doesn't work I can recomend the newbbex 1.4 module (use it myself) I haven't found any big bugs with this yet :)

Thank you... I downgraded to 3.08 and the blocks still not show on main page.

Right now I'll try to use the one you said. thanks

have you triple checked all your permissions? cbb3.08 is about as stable as they get...
