Hi,

I get these error messages when I test submitting a story... Is it related to anything we did?

Warningsession_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter headers already sent (output started at /index.php:1in file /include/common.php line 255
Warning

Yes, I did like that yesterday... Apparently it didn't come up again but when I went to work today I tried it and it worked... Only a couple problems though. I'll write again after I try a few things first...

Thanks a lot.

Yes, I did that... Maybe I did everything in the wrong place...

I mean, I put this code right before the last line in xoops.js
var windowHandle;
function
myConfirm() {

windowHandle window.open('confirm.html','windowName','width=600,height=320');
    if (!
windowHandle.opener)

windowHandle.opener self;
    return
false;
}

And I created the confirm.html file in root

Did I do correct? It's still not coming up...

Thank you, I did everything you said but now when I click on "submit news" I got a blank page. On debug mode it gave this error;

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/index.html/modules/news/include/storyform.inc.php on line 193

So I checked this code;
$submit_btn->setExtra('accesskey="s"'  onClick="myConfirm()" );

and changed it this way;
$submit_btn->setExtra('accesskey="s" onClick="myConfirm()"');

The error message went away. I don't know anything about the codes, I just guessed, maybe it's wrong, or maybe it's right, all I know is there is no error anymore but also there is no extra box to check or no place for me to place the disclaimer or terms or conditions, whatever we are gonna end up putting there...

Any suggestions?

ok, since they won't be submitting news (it's confession site), I need to put "terms and conditions" or "disclaimer" and there should be a box that poster should check, if they won't accept it there should be a warning pop up or page should reload with the story to remind them to check the box or the story will not be accepted...

thank you so much.... I did it, I think it's gonna work great... I just need one more thing...

I would like to add "terms and conditions" on the page when people posting and of course it has to be mandatory.

I looked on the admin page but I didn't see it...

I'm making a new website and I need suggestions.

It's going to be like a confessions website which people can post their confessions, either way; anonymous or not and other people can comment...

What kind of module I can use for a site like this?

I made a radical decision, I fresh installed it again without putting the db. I'll put the old forum as an archive but when I try to specify which categories/forums should appear on which block again I'm having problem; not all the forums and categories displayed correctly on the "edit" section. I see one forum under another category that it doesn't belong to. I look at the categories page and it's correct there but it doesn't come as a correct list block arrange page so that's why it doesn't display correct forums on the correct blocks.
