Best XOOPS 2.3 beginner instructions /manual? ...please


Wich parts is best and most reasonable to use for each part in XOOPS use: installing, templating and operation? Any one totally outdated? Please advice!

There is no text, so it is available for all languages

This link certainly covered all bases for the 2.0.14+ builds.
Maybe a wee bit of updating to get it relevant to 2.3

This is a tutorial module (content module for publishing tutorials) not a tutorial ...
..

Is there any important difference to install directly to apache-driven web host instead of using offline-server XAMPP?

No, not realy.
The uploading and remote file management with eg FTP is the only difference.
Follow meticulous the installation instructions.
