be carefull. Your post will probably be edited a bit because you actualy named a different cms product in a possibly not XOOPS improving way. (it could cause people to look for it just by talking about it and possibly using it later on - therefore ... not improving)

However, it is very sad to see the true colors of our former members:

a) Impress'CMS team is seeing XOOPS as its enemy and is having fun by "adding wood to the fire"

b) Impress'CMS leadership (Marc-André Lanciault (aka Marcan), David Ledbury (aka davidl2) are actually having fun with it and applaud their members for doing it

But what is most disturbing is that David Ledbury (aka davidl2), who is still currently on Board of XOOPS Foundation, and as such is legally obligated to represent and protect XOOPS interests, has actually proposed to use XOOPS Community property (xoopsaddns, xoopswiki and dev wiki), as vehicle to promote Impress'CMS.

This kind of behavior cannot go on like this!!! It has to STOP! Therefore I would like to ask Impress'CMS people to "Leave XOOPS alone".

Come on guys, you left this project, started a new one, so move on with your lives and focus on your new project. We don't go there and try to bash your project, so don't come to us and try to "throw more wood into the fire" and having fun with it like little children. It's time to act more professionally.

Marcan and David - please cease and desist using any and all property of XOOPS or funded by XOOPS community, unless it's been released under GPL or other Open Source license. Otherwise we'll have to start legal actions.

And once again, I would like to request the XOOPS Foundation (i.e. Herko Coomans and David Ledbury) to transfer the Foundation to XOOPS Project Council. As seen again and again by your actions, you do NOT represent interests of this community anymore, actually you're acting AGAINST the interests of the XOOPS community, and therefore can not be on the Board of the Foundation.
