Debug is enabled by default in the xcgal module prefernces, this requires dissabling on a production site, this is a different debug to the main XOOPS code.

And sorry about missing the last question you presented, the copy of xcGal is the exact same code i use on my site (hence the stray error log i forgot to delete).

And let us know if all went well.
If not, I'll upload my XCGal.

I have "the original" 2.0.3 which works quite well!

Success and grtz,

Ok guys, unfortunately it must be a theme issue the problem I face. I will explain what I mean because I don’t want to blame anyone without reason.

As I said to my previous post I install xcgal locally at XOOPS 2.0.17 and it was working quite well. No problem.

The problems start when I am trying to upload pictures at my official website.

It gives me blank page after I press the button to submit pictures of a album I have already upload to my server. Then I delete the contents of templates_c, re-open browser and try again with the same results.

I have try to post my queries about theme problems at the forum of where I bought it (not for the particular issue but for others) and I had no answer.

Ok I understand. You can’t wait for 100% help desk when you pay for so many themes to little money.

Sometimes they answer me and I appreciate this. Sometimes maybe they don’t know the answer for what I had ask and they didn’t answer. I still have no problem. I mean I can understand that they are not there to know everything.

Never mind I installed myalbums 2.08 module and translate the main things I nead in Greek language.

The only problem I have with this module is that I want to display pictures horizontally (for blocks “Top Photos with thumbs”) and not vertically and there is no option for this.

Pictures are not the vital for me. I just want to have some to “break the ice” of the text and give a more fun view to my site.

So if I had this thing done I could use myalbum module although I like xcgal much more.

Thank you for your interest and i hope to be able to use xcgal some other time because i don't have the time to learn php to do that alone.

Silly question but have you tried changing your site temporarily back to the default theme and trying it them?.

At least then you will know if its the theme or not

stuie200 i think the local installation with the default theme of XOOPS 2.0.17, i had made, is akin with what you suggest me to do.
