Show us the $$$....!

I've been looking thru. the forums but don't see any report on Xoops's Financial Status; If it announced some where please let me know.

This is an open source community project, thing like $$$ should be transparent, Financial report quarterly or yearly is a MUST.

I understand (vaguely) that $$$ have been put towards the purchasing of hardware, but there is none put aside for hosting conferences, get together, coffee, dinners etc for core & module dev. I am sure there are others thing as well, please put your suggestion here.

I am sure others members would like to know about the financial status of XOOPS and they would want they $$$ to go back into Xoops. Please voice your opinions here.

Has this ever been published in the past by the way?

Or do you want some money for a new mp3-player?

At the end of this month everything regarding the Foundation will be published online, and from then on, with regular updates. This is a solid promise.

Did we have already any audits in place? If yes, could you include them as well? If not, when could we expect a first audit?

Why?

Xoops is a foundation and for this it probably doesn't need to be checked by an accounting company. This might depend on the national laws of the country where it's registrated.
