[XoopsTeam] Proposal for "XOOPS Advisory Team"

1 The Team would be created for XOOPSers who had worked in a project team but left the community for some reasons. We hope that they come back and help the project again. If you know the names, please list below.

2 The Team is also for XOOPSers who have rich professional experiences but have not adequate time to be a regular member of a team. By joining the team they can help the project in a way proper for them whenever they have time.

3 For those who don't have interest to be a team member but know it is wrong when something is not done in the right way, please join the team so that when you see something is wrong you stand up and speak to the corresponding team - "You are doing the wrong way, you should do in such a way that ..."

In summary, output from the team is "criticizing and suggestions" to the project teams.

Thank you for number three.

I am a new observer that has some skills though not proven as yet in the XOOPS community. I have been much put off by the behavior that I have been witnessing, not knowing who was in charge of what or where to follow which leaders (sitewise)

I very much appreciate your introduction with your indentifing your position and pointing out the direction XOOPS is trying to achieve.

I have no past with XOOPS and deciding on a future with XOOPS still hangs in the balance.

BTW: I would like to see Herve come back, along with the others that have exited within the time frame I first started watching this site. I also propose Giba as a voice of reason.

Hervet & Marco have made some valid points - regarding being more open, and avoiding past mistakes.

Even if they decide not to join on this team, I hope we look into applying their thoughts.

Hi,

Personally I think that for such a function, Philou would be a very advised person to enter a committee of this type, do not forget that it is one of oldest among us and that these judgements, although rare, are very relevant.
Let us not must not have the “wise ones” in an assembly of this type.
Near to the users of any type, and a good knowledge of the technique.

Let us look at the work which it also made with XOOPS France
