This week end has been the final point of 4 years of my life.

What did I saw ?
If you don't agree, take the door
If you like XOOPS shut up

You are an ennemy because you are also working with XOOPS Cube !!
Hey mens, a lot of people here are also testing and working with XoopsCube.
I am one of them and I'm not shameful to say it.

And now some of the respectful members are playing the victims ...

It's a shame ! all this is a shame.
Non freedom of speech and chantage.
Sorry but I can't agree much more and I can't go on.

every attempt to change the things to make something better for XOOPS is concluded in the same way.
Every time

shut up, wait and see, and now, take the door

I also have a familly and a job and I'm also fed up to loose my time so to be clear :
1/ I'm taking the door
2/ I'm taking the road of XOOPS Cube because if XOOPS has a futur, it is
called XoopsCube
3/ After a night, my position is still the same, I want my account to
be removed.
4/ Community, please open your eyes and your spirit

Some of you have learned "many" things from the others, apparently, you did not learned to think by yourself and to open your eyes.

Ps : An now, who will dare (and who can) to speak ?

An old Xoopser,
Hervé

Herve,

I have sent you a pm :)

I would just like to say I wish you would reconsider but sometimes you have to do things for the things you believe in even if it means walking away from it too.

I would just like to point out Xoopsers, you have just lost 'another' excellent developer. That means no more News module updates or any or modules this fine developer works on. Think about it.

I wish you well and you are still welcome to join us ;)

Thank you very much for all, Hervé. Its sad to lose one of the best and more efficient XOOPS developer. Many things have to change by the good of all. Also Im testing XOOPS Cube time ago. Its not strange or bad.

I hope your back, XOOPS friend!

Hi hervet,
Since I ever started using XOOPS two years ago, I remember you as one of the most active XOOPS developers around here.
It is a shame that you were driven to leave.
I would like to tell you to stay, but things around here are not healthy anymore.
Good luck with xoopscube.

I don't think that this is lost on any of us - many, if not most, use the News module.

Hervé:
If you read this, please would you take time to reconsider and reflect upon the fact that your disagreement was not with the majority of us "ordinary users" and that we rely upon you not only for News but your other modules too.

Please don't punish the majority for the perhaps ill-considered words of one or two others.

Hi Herve

I would like to ask you reconsider as well. I agree it is very frustrating trying to get things to change here, but that is all the more reason to keep trying.

Madfish.

A big thanks to Herko and Skalpa...
It show the good spirit of these guys.
It's not Open Source but exactly the inverse.

Thanks to have killed XOOPS.

I think there is much to be considered in this resignation...

This is a sign, guys, and I'm not sure Hervé would be the only one to do that desperate act...

When issues about improving the system are raised by someone with a long history of supporting xoops, they should be given some serious consideration and not dismissed lightly.

I think I've run out of things to say, so I'm off to have a beer. I'd buy Herve and James one too, but you guys live on the wrong side of the planet. Hope I will see you both here tomorrow.
