wtf is "Y0UR BOX HACKED BY b0rizQ"
it's in my admin panel and i can not accesse to modulese, module menu(s) are hiden!!

I would say first, make sure your system has the best security out there. After that, try reinstalling the System module. That might bring your modules back up. If that does not work; backup your mainfile.php, clear out the directories, and then reupload everything including your backed up mainfile.php. Do not go through the install process or you will destroy your MySql database. Then reinstall your modules, any hacks you made, and finally install GI Joe's Protector. It is important though to make sure your server is secure or they will just hack it again.

A google search on 'BY b0rizQ' renders lots of pages that appear to me at least to have been 'hacked' by a person of the same name - rendering a simiar message and errors- I would suggest you look at the possibility that someone has breeched your web security ...other than that I have no clue...

Edit - follow swains ideas...we must have answered at the same time

Do not forget to make FULL backup (database and files) before doing some experiments

You may first try to empty cashe folders without "index.html".

After you finish check your admin group for new users ...

If you have logs, check them and also check folders for any new/unusual files.

Which modules are you using? Either you've not applied the recent security fix - or a module you are using may be one affected by security issues?

or the whole server is compromised.. check with your hoster if they know about this issue.

i look @ my catch folder, there was a file "lol.php" i delete that and now it's fine.

Hmmm, someone's mananged to get upload permissions to your server's html directory. I would be checking with your server folk and see what is up with that.
