Ok..your next step is to
1. get the administation manual from the documentation link on the left.
2. Go back to where i sent you to johns tutorials and look at the others he has avilable :
exploting general settings;
theme deployment;
Module deployment (use the drop down menu)
You can also get a great beginners tutorial package from
here which you could find very easy to follow.
then there is the FAQ section - look in the 'beginners first steps' and the sections on modules, admin and themes.
