I am looking for a module that I can give a member rights to moderate a forum. But I don't want the member to have full admin access with the current module I am using. The forum module I am using is newbb module.
I want to give the moderator member only rights to close and edit posts on the forum.
If there is a module please direct me to it.

Okay I have a member I need to ban. I have set up a group & rank for banning members and altering their profile so they can't log in.
Now the thing is I see this x-member can still re-register under another user name.
Because this x-member is only using the forums I am unable to ip ban this user.
Is there any module that can id users ip on the forums?

I have installed this Meta Tag V1 Final.
I have to change some code or ad code to the footer.PHP

I am sure I seen this question before in the past on the forum someone mentioning this about Google. After searching I was unable to find the following problem.
On the search engines the News Stories show up as ID Numbers instead of the Story's Title. And the Meta Tag shows all the same headlines for each story.
I know there is a fix. Can someone link me to it.
