Is there any way i can post news on the front page?You know the classical articles or contents (rectangular box with and image and text).I tried news module and section module but none of them works as i imagined.

I want something just like on the XOOPS home page!Download thingy

can't you just tell XOOPS (in general settings or somewhere like that) that you want to use the news/reviews/polls etc etc as the start page?..

Or just tell the Blocks settings that you want "latest News" or whatever in the middle/centre block weight 1???

Go to your BLocks administration and enable the recent news block and set it for your front page.

I already did that but it only show up the topic and not the whole news!You can see it at http://www.slackware-srbija.org

I too would like to know how to show the whole article without setting news as the fron page

Just go to Admin->Blocks add news "Latest news" or similar block, check category and options so it would show up full and make it visible on front page center column.
