OK guys, feel like a complete noobie again!...

I have just done a fresh install of XOOPS 2.0.16 and would like to know what the best versions of these are for installation.. please!

1) News (want my own news on site)

2) Forum - set on smf, phpbb, whatever, just the best one to use.

3) PayPal donation script?

4) Gallery - for piccies etc...

last one honest! ;)

5) Template.. I saw a template once with Stonehenge on the header? anyone know what that was?

Many Thanks guys..

I just re-installed the original + the one McD suggests... still the same error as last?.

modules/wflinks/visit.php?cid=4&lid=1

I take it that this is the page that refresh's and takes the viewer to the submitted url?.....

I am back! lol...
I just installed 2.0.14 and the Community Pack from here, installation, module etc etc was fine.

My members insert a link into WF-Links 1.03 and it shows in the right category but once click the visit link button a white page pops up with;

Quote:
This page cannot be displayed due to an internal error.

You can provide the following information to the administrators of this site to help them solve the problem:

Error:
Class wflAgeHandler does not exist.
Handler Name: age

Any ideas please?

Thanks andycornell & jenclas,

It was late when I posted so I was kinda sleepy etc but I have had a look around and found the pieces on 2.0.13.2 being the XOOPS recomended stable release so I think I'll go with that one.

With my other issue, I am thinking maybe the links modules may work, like.. mylinks etc, people can add own sites to the module, just need to know how to add this in with the polls... mix them up!

Thanks again to you both

lol.. ok, I am back..ish.. (feel like a noob again!)

I am doing a website for a food company and want to use xoops, but have these questions if I may:

1) What's the best version of XOOPS to use? i.e. most stable, secured etc

2) The company needs people to vote on the food they sell etc so, I need a module like "awards" or something.. example, admin adds vegetable burgers, beef burgers and chicken burgers.. a user registered or not clicks on what one they like best.. then check results and have like.. Top Ten?.. maybe something like the Best Site og the Month awards that XOOPS shows?

I know this can be done in XoopsPolls etc but something a little more advanced, maybe the user can add the food? etc

That's all for now, hope all are well and be good

Thanks for that guys..

I have one sql but need that for something else, until I get another host, what about running XOOPS and another using just the one database?.
