Duplicate Blocks In CBB 115-116

Our upgarde from newbb to cbb went fairly smooth. But then all of a sudden it started chuggin' quite a bit. And it appears to be getting slower and slower.

We noticed today that we have a duplicate block issue:

Does this mean we may have duplicate tables or queries as well? Could this be part of the reason our forum is now slow?

I noticed this template-hickup in other cases as well. Maybe my BRUTAL advice might cure your problems?

Thanks Frank. You know that just may help with another issue we have as well. Will have to try it. (do you recommend closing the site for that)

But at the moment we are wondering if we did something wrong with this cbb upgrade.
We are working on a relaunch and just running into some hiccups.
