I'd like to modify one block on my website, to give it a white background. My theme is setup to have transparent backgrounds in the blocks to allow the site background to show threw, but I'd like to use an applet from an outside site to post stats about my chat network on the site but it uses a lot of colors that I cannot control that clash real hard with my blue background.

I'd like to make the background of just that block white, any ideas?

You may be able to place a table in the block and change it's background color to whatever you want using the bgcolor="#xyx123" tag. It has worked on some sites for me, but not consistently.

Use special CSS-class for block's body

1. Dirty solution
If blocktitle...

2. More elegant - all bodies with classes, which names suffixed by block-id var and add into CSS only classes, which you want to redefine

I'm too lazy write code, but I can, if you'll ask
Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?
