The only review module I know of is myreviews in the XOOPS module repository.

Notice that it did not work at my sites with register globals off, only on.

it's hard to say what to edit with myreviews..

whilst it does have some templates, most of the html output is actually inside the php files making it difficult for the everyday user who doesn't know what they are doing to be able to modify..

i am currently working on a totally new reviews module, however it's not complete yet and maybe a few weeks away. the version i am doing will hopefully have more features than myreviews, and it does utilise templates for all the output. i have lots of features planned for it, but i can't say how long it will take.. however if i get the main features that are essential completed i will probably release it and then add the extra features i have planned for a future upgrade.

it all depends on how long you are willing to wait ;) i'm not a proficient programmer so once i've done the basics of it, i'll probably require more help from experienced people to implement or help me do the advanced features i want to do.
