Site won't display content.

Hello all,
I have searched the database but can't find the answer. I have successfully installed XOOPS and a new theme "drops". I have installed two extra modules all successfully. I have added content but I cannot see how to make my website show this content.

When I am logged in everything shows up but once I log out the site only displays the theme and no content. For the life of me, I can’t fathom what to check or uncheck to make the content sho up for public viewing. What am I missing please help...

Thanks for the links but to no avail. I watch the tutorial and have checked and applied all the right boxes and still nothing displays. Nevermind I'll puchase Article Live for now as XOOPS obviously requires full time employment to learn how to run this particular content site. I'll have another go in a few weeks.

Did you set your module to start your index page in system admin --> preferences --> general prefenrences?
Did you try a custom center block, and assigned rights to (un)registered users?

Thank you Ronaldus you are on the ball. I applied what you outlined and now the content is there. Simple when someone gives you clearly defined steps to follow. I really appreciate your help...

Nice to read Tumbarumba!

I've been there.
Took me about a 100 posts to figure XOOPS out, but now I'm almost ready with my second site!!
