I think customizing WF-Sections or AMS could be a solution, it's getting some one to do it. And for those that don't know, another excellent sample of fanfiction module or functionality would be similar to what Fanfiction.net does. Where people can create and post stories. The thing I don't like about fanfiction.net is that it does a poor job of handling chaptering - it requires you to upload individual word files, instead of simply copying and pasting individual chapters.
