Hi,
Hope this is the right section to post this message...

Can a XOOPS powered site provide users with personal tools such as:
Calendar, Bookmarks, Notes, Tasks, Uploaded files, Uploaded Images and WebMail?

WebMail is avaliable on XOOPS, just look in the module repository. You do have to setup that mail account on your server first though.

There are Calender Modules, and again, look in the Repository.

Thanks pegasus00321. I have looked in the module repository, over and over again... You are right, there's webmail module, but it is not entirely clear how it well works.. There are task and calendar modules, ala Horde - but they are not downloadable...
Looking at, for example, image gallery modules, does not give an indication how they work.. e.g. Can any of them be set as image galleries for individual users...(?)

Therefore, I was hoping to learn from other users' experience of using XOOPS as a whole and possibly applicable modules...

xcgal (based on coppermine) - users can have the own photo album
pical - users can submit private or public events to the calendar
