Thanks for the thought, LadyHacker. The htaccess on the root is fine..

The only thing I did which managed to slightly mitigate the hack is to change the name of the theme folder. When I do that, I can get to the file I want, e.g. user.php - but can not see anything.. It makes me think they might have changed something on the theme, but I can not find anything what so ever..

I did all your suggestions but for no avail. Indeed, putting the backup on, it seems to collapse the first page, and when I try to register, am being moved to the porn site.. (Turns out there are a few of these..)

Hi,

A XOOPS site I run has been hacked.. :(

All http requests take me to another site, a porn site.. I looked for that site's URL in the database, and in the installed XOOPS files - but no joy..

I can not login as admin/user because each page takes me to that pron site..

Any ideas/clues what can be done to fix this? Where should I look?

Hi,

Am trying to reset admin pass, can anyone tell me if doing something like:
INSERT INTO `xoops_users` (`Rows`, `pass`) VALUES
(1, 'admin_pass_goes_here');

Should help or not..?

Hi,

Am trying to do a page with a music player that plays the files as soon as it loads - similar to how it is on myspace.

Thought debaser could do it - but it didn't.

Any ideas on how to do it in xoops..?

This is slightly off topic..

Any ideas where i could download debaser version later than 0.92b..?
(I have been searching on this site, and thats the only version I found a download link to.. Its from '04..)

hummm.. i see.. its a shame though that the module that works pretty well on dev.xoops.org isn't avaliable to download - isn't it?

OK..

I have now installed CForge on my modules directory in a XOOPS 2.0.18.1 installation + the globals are on..

Not much joy though.. For example, if I want to strat a new project:
* I get the " Start A New Project " page.
then
* the " Services and Requirements " page.
then
* " Terms of Service Agreement "
Once I agree on the terms - I get a blank page.. Not very helpful, is it..?

Hummm... I wonder if I missed something in the installation.. There isnt a read me file, so I guess theres a lot of hit and miss..

Appreciate any possible insight into this..
