Editing NEW USER block

Hi All,

I need your help and advise. In my "New User block" it shows the new users name and date eg: "markjones 2005/4/17".

But the problem is when I put the block on the left or right side it's too wide.

Q: How can I make it more narrow or change the date format to eg: "markjones 17/4/05" or just remove the date?

can anyone PLEASE HELP me with this?

DT

Alright there,

Im a noob myself, but I think you are talking about the new members block, to remove the date you can go to blocks, choose edit new members block, then edit template and remove <{$user.joindate}>.

I might however have been no help at all!

You'll need to clone the default template set and set the new clone as your default template set before you perform the edit mentioned above.

Alright DT,

I think there is a thread I followed to do this, have a read of this....

https://xoops.org/modules/smartfaq/faq.php?faqid=366

(I think you go to admin, system admin, templates.. or something or other).
