Hi,

I can't get it to work either
Also how do I remove the grey shading? I'd like to have an all white page with just the text "Loading" and the flashing gif

Also how do you edit the "Thankyou for visiting...you are now logged off" page?

This can be edited/removed from the language file xoosp_root/language/your-language/user.php & global.php

OK, if you want a loading image like that one, first of all, clone your template set. Then edit system_redirect.html in your cloned set: it's listed under System.
add the following somewhere:

Apparently that image await.gif is in every XOOPS installation. This will make it appear when you log in/out etc.

All forks who was created on the top of XOOPS show it (the loading bar) in the center of the page, no mater wich module are u trying to select, but XOOPS nope, dosent support it

The values you need to change are somewhere inside the
tag - left and top - which determines the position of the preload message. "Left" - determines position from the left side of the screen in pixels (example left=100 will move the box 100 pixels from left, 200 will move it to 200 px from left and so on). "Top" dtermines the position from the top. Used in combination, these will put your preloader where u want it. You may need to experiment a little. I arrived at my own solution doing this by trial and error. Not an expert, just trying to help.
The best guys to explain the powerdreams script will be the ones who wrote it.

It won't work because you didn't clone your default template set. XOOPS won't allow editing the default set.

The steps:
1) Go to your template manager
2) Clone default template set, call it whatever you want
3) edit system_redirect.html as shown above & save
4) Set your cloned template set as the default set

Then it should work.
