If you get this --- FPDF error: Can't open image file: ../../images/logo.png

When clicking on the PDF logo in you forum.

Simply add a logo.png to your /root/images folder

This is a known issue and will be solved in Final
Temporary solution: upload a logo.png to xoops/images/logo.png

Only mentiioned becaues this site generates the error. Mine works fine.
