Where is Newbb 2.0 RC2?

I've searched the site and can't find Newbb 2.0 RC2 in the module repository. The only news item I've found regarding it seems to be disabled: https://xoops.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=1774 I've been unable to find any announcements about RC2 being withdrawn due to some problem or other. Yet there are discussions continuing as if it's still alive.

Anyone know where to find it?

I clicked your signatur and found the file for NewBB2-RC2 but it wont let me download it, it says i dont have access to the uploads directory

What is that second file with the later date on it, is it a final version that sneaked out
