I use the contact plus module as a simple way of letting people mail me from my site.

I have become overwhelmed with spam, which is being generated by the kind of robots that post in forums.

I require users to fill in their name and email, yet most spams do not cantain this information.

What can I do?

WF Links - Goggle Custom search

I mentioned this on another forum, but I guess the relevant place is here.

I am using WF Links, but it could be any similar module.

I noticed that google custom search can use a page of links as a reference as to which sites to search.

I then thought that if there were a way to show all the links in my wf links directory on a single page, I could set up an easily updateable custom search engine. Whenever a link is added to the directory, the custom search engine would automatically be updated.

Going further, if a module could have the option of integrating the custom search into it, that would be even better.

I am not a coder, but it can't be too difficult to call up all of the links onto a simple page that lists them all.

Sounds like a good idea. I can think of a hundred uses for google maps integrated with other modules.

I guess it can be any kind. As long as all the links are listed on the same page, then google can use that.

I don't know about the particular modules, but as a XOOPS fan, I will tell you why I like it. Its easy.

If you are using a CMS for the first time, I can recommend it. You will also find that the folks on this forum are very friendly.

I don't know about imports, but I want to export.

I have set up a custom google search, and I would like it to search only those sites in my WF Links directory. Is there an easy way to do this? I need to be able to get out all the links easily, onto an html page.
