Hi,

In xHelp, Manage statuses of tickets has only two type of status, Resolved and Unresolved.

I would like to have New and Accepted as new two status. Can any one tell me how to customize this.

Please consider this issue as Major.

just for clarification....

Does that mean, if any notification option is available for any module then it will be listed out in the preferences.

Also i would like to know, how can we get to know which are the notifications supported by the module.

Ofcourse, i went to preference for Poll and FAQ but there was no notification listed out.

I am using XOOPS 2.0.14, Poll version 1.0 and FAQ version 1.05

sorry to say, but i have searched the options you mentioned before and by exploring i managed to get the Notification option displayed for calender.

Then i figured out, it is not happening with FAQ, POLL and the Message board.

The new thread which i started is totally different from the last one. This time my query is very specific.

Note: I am on search for an answer from 2 days and i posted only today after i failed to find an answer from your site.

Hi,

Is the "Notification Option" available for FAQ, Poll other than calender?

I would like to send notifications to the user as soons as a new FAQ is posted or new poll is launched.

Can any one put some light on this.

Hi,

I would like to get some information how the "Notification" in the user menu works.

I am not able to find the select options for "Notification Options" so that user can select the required options.

What may be wrong?

Can any one put some light in to the same?

This is the kind of Notification options that should be available. But i am not sure from where i can configure this.

Bookmark this item (no notification).

Hi,

I am trying to customize Timesheet XOOPS for tracking the employee efforts.

I appreciate the way Timesheet XOOPS works.

I found the report section very helpful. To a large extend i need to generate data for the specific user, client and project.

I find the feature very useful but i am not able to save the report to the local machine. For me it is very important to get a copy of the report generated.

Is there any way by which i can download the data of the report generated to the local machine in to an excel or somthing of similar kind.

If this feature is not there, is it possible for you to add this feature as soon as possible?
