i have faced the same problem on my server(1gb.cc). it is probably caused by the mime settings of the server. you should add something useless to the link.
ex:
if the link that gives the error is www.mysite.com/modules/system/admin.php?fct=groups
make it as
www.mysite.com/modules/system/admin.php?fct=groups&x=y
it worked for me
ex:
if the link that gives the error is www.mysite.com/modules/system/admin.php?fct=groups
make it as
www.mysite.com/modules/system/admin.php?fct=groups&x=y
it worked for me
