Hi there,
I'm still searching a solution for the above problem..
need to give permission to users to change their user name,
is this possible?
Using xoops 2.5.5 with latest profile module

ok I solved..
in the italian language folder there's a file called user.php which is unneeded and causes error
for irmtfan please remove it form svn

Hi there,
after searching the latest stable release for cbb for a production site and I downloaded the latest branch from Irmtfan in new SVN.
Things seemed ok but when I try to go in a thread I receive a blank page..
this happens using a language which is not english (italian in my case),
when I use english for the whole site I can access viewtopic.php.
No error from the debug.
I also add that using the english translation as if it is the italian (renaming folders) I can access vietopic.ph.. so basically it must be something in the italian translation folder..
any idea?

sorry it was my fault for the email changing..,
still I have problems with permissions and I've another problem..
Is there any way/hack to let the user change the username?
I need any registered user to be alloweded to change it but I can't find the way..

Hi,
Using latest user profile module and I'm having some problems..
- under xoops general setting I've set user to be unable to change the profile email,
but using the profile module user is allowed to change it anyway and there's no way to change this in the permission mask..
- In the module permission area, the field visibility section is buggy.. I can see only three line for each field and can't understand which permissions are applied, and if I add/delete some permission the list often doesn't change

can anyone help me with this?

you need to set the format as yyyy-mm--dd in global.php language files

I add another bug to version 2.34 of extcal..
when tring to edit an event from user side I receive Internal server error with no debug..
any idea?
