Creating a menu?

This is my first time using XOOPS and how do you create a menu? I want to link news, forum, weblinks, download on the side block.

I used the online demo of Xaraya and XOOPS at the CMS site and I like XOOPS admin and navigation feel better. I think Xaraya are heading a right direction, but some area like the admin, download and weblinks need some work in the layout area.

I like them to add a file upload feature in the admin area of mydownload.

I like to see wysiwyg editor included in the next major release of Xoops.
