CBB 2.3 without quote button

I have upgraded cbb forum from the 2.2 to the 2.3 version. After the upgrade I lost the "quote" button after every post. Anyone got the same problem???

I've got a big problem with my XOOPS 2.2.3.... It worked fine (for about 2 months) till now.
Now login doesn't works and if I try to get my password emailed I receive this message:

"Sorry, no corresponding user info was found.
If the page does not automatically reload, please click here"

I checked the db and all the users exist and it's all ok. Don't know what to do get login works again

I'm trying to give admin rights to another user but even if it tells me that the profile is updated nothing appens...
What can I do? Is it possible to modify the rights directly in the database? Where?

In this way I can grant the permission to access the forums but the module link isn't showed in the user menù...

How can I change access rights without uninstalling and then reinstalling my forum (cbb 2.2)?
I would like to grant access also to non registered users.

I'm trying to ad an horizontal and centered menù just under the USER NAVIGATION BAR of the default template.
How can I call back all the accesible modules of the logged user?
