How can I change access rights without uninstalling and then reinstalling my forum (cbb 2.2)?
I would like to grant access also to non registered users.

Either edit the individual forum itself, or globally through the permissions area of the CBB admin.

In this way I can grant the permission to access the forums but the module link isn't showed in the user menù...

You need to grant module access rights in the groups administration page within the XOOPS administration control panel.
