If it's all right, I'd like to repost some information I posted elsewhere, that gives more details about the project:
TDU (The Dracko Universe) is a website dedicated to the epic tale of six planets and its Mira, the rulers of planets Beudherium, Naeteom, Doa, Varse and Kelvark and the war they waged against a man named Rayen. When their Draga, the Dragon Gods, are believed to be destroyed by this man, the Mira vow to do all they can to stop him, even if it means violating the sacred laws and performing a forbidden ritual meant to summon forth a savior.
Three years after the bloody deaths of half the Mira at the hands of Rayen and his renegade clan the Dilligafs, a foreign child is captured on Doa, the planet that acts as the central hub for the Empire's government.
This child - small and pale with vivid green eyes - claims that she is the one to bring salvation to their worlds, destroy a danger that is a far greater threat than Rayen, and save them from themselves.

For those that have never come across something of the sort before, I'm turning a story (The Dracko Universe) into an animated demo. All of the auditions will be held online, which means anyone that wants to participate, CAN participate. Just by recording the lines given in the script via your computer, and emailing them in, auditioning couldn't be easier.
As far as the current project goes, all of the auditions are open until July 20th. Here's a list of what is currently available:

Rayen - Major Main Character - The once good-guy-turned-villain of the story
Jie - Secondary Main Character - The intellectual of the group, known for his astral powers
Maur - Secondary Main Character - The preacher of the group, known for his aqua-mancer powers (No Line Char.)
Sugata - Secondary Main Character - The martial artist of the group, known for his romanticism and fierce loyalty
Rya - Secondary Main Character - The programmer of the group, known for his acidic language and horrible attitude (No Line Char.)
Ko Ge - Supporting Character - The dragon guardian and caregiver of Moira, up until she was forced to live on planet Doa.
Porthos - Supporting Character - Adopted son of Sugata and Lourdes, domestic partner of Zura. Devoted to protecting his home world, planet Doa.
_Characters - Female_
Ain - Secondary Main Character - The architect of the group, known for her mathematical ingenuity
Kaur - Secondary Main Character - The doctor of the group, known for her selflessness and kind nature
Vyre - Secondary Main Character - The decorator of the group, snooty and self centered, she believes she deserves everything she wants
Kya - Secondary Main Character - The mechanical engineer of the group, known for her quiet demeanor and mechanical skills
Evanok - Supporting Character - The goddess of all dragons (No Line Char.)
Zura - Supporting Character - Domestic partner of Porthos, loses her temper when insulted. (No Line Char.)

Some characters listed don't have actual lines in the demo, and are referred to as "No Line Characters"; while they don't have speaking parts, we still need someone to fill in for them in case we require sounds for fight and death scenes. If you're interested in No Line Characters, contact me and I'll email a Script-On-The-Fly for the audition.

And that brings us to the point of this demo. C3 Productions wants to make TDU an animated series, and requires a demo to pitch to the public. Our plans are to invite everyone online to participate and help us from the ground up on the premise of "for the fans, by the fans." C3 Productions isn't a corporation with 60+ employees, it's two female fans that know what the animation community wants.
In exchange for everyone's effort in helping us reach our goals, and depending solely on C3 Productions receiving an investment deal from a large animation production company, we will offer contracts (working and paying) for hire to those that participated as voice actors for our project as well as those that have been brought on as staff and project members to help us see TDU through.
I hope this covers the basics, the story that TDU is based on, is available online at the website if you're interested. You don't need to be a registered member of TDU to participate in the TDU Project itself, only to post on the forums.
